    Exchange and Return instruction

    We are pleased to accept exchanges or returns within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note that all shipping fees for the exchanges and returns will be borne by the customer. 

    Exchanged or Returned items must comply with our returns policy:

    • Items must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unworn and unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. 
    • NON-RETURNABLE items : Discounted items ( includes on sale items and discount code promotional items), all accessories, hat, socks, bodysuits and swimwear.

    How to exchange or return an item?

    • Send a request for exchange / return item, please contact us at info@littlekinderstore.com with your order within 7 days of receipt. State clearly your full name, the order number and the item you want to return.
    • Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted. We will send back the item to you and you will be asked to be responsible for return postage.
    • If your request is accepted, we will inform you the return address.
    • Send back return / exchange items within 7 days from your notification.
    • Make sure you obtain proof of postage for your return package.
    • **Items sent back to us without prior notice will NOT be accepted.

     Faulty item

    We strictly undergo inspection our products before sending the items to you, however, if you have unfortunately found the items you have ordered are flawed. Please follow below steps for return. 

    How to return a faulty item?

    • Send us an email at info@littlekinderstore.com within 7 days of order receipt. State clearly your full name, the order number and the faulty item you want to return. Please also send us some pictures of product flaws.
    • If your request is accepted, we will inform you the return address.
    • Send back return / exchange items within 7 days from your notification.
    • If the returned item is accepted after evaluation, we will offer a replacement (if in stock), otherwise we will contact you for further arrangement.
    • If the returned item cannot be accepted after evaluation, we will send back the item to you and you will be asked to be responsible for return postage.
